CAT BREED
A unique breed with an intriguing history, the Havanese (formerly referred to as the Havana Brown) was created with two distinct appearances, both featuring a deep brown coat. In the United Kingdom, this cat was developed through crosses with Siamese and Domestic Shorthairs. This variant, which resembled the slim and elegant Siamese, eventually became categorized as a solid-colored Oriental Shorthair. In the United States, however, breeders did not incorporate Siamese, resulting in a cat with a rounder face and a less elongated body. The beautiful Havanese is hard to overlook, but if it doesn't receive the attention it craves, it will certainly seek it out. This loving cat enjoys being close to people at all times.
