DOG BREED
This instinctive hunter generally interacts well with other dogs but can be quite headstrong. Now considered rare yet highly valued, the Kishu was likely developed several centuries ago for extensive hunting in Japan's mountainous Kyushu area. Recognized as a "national treasure," this breed is steady and devoted, but its strong chasing instinct can make companionship challenging.
