Bred to work as a shepherd and guard dog in the plains of northern Europe, this attractive shaggy dog is both strong and agile. The Polish Lowland Sheepdog has brains as well as brawn and is amenable to training for a variety of purposes. Exercise and grooming should be at the top of its owner's agenda.
